                       Again, Mr. Jacobson was accessible (totally), friendly, and made
everyone feel quite at home. His stories about being in the White House kept us
all on the edge of our seats; we could visualize his experiences. ...He
demonstrated the kind of frankness and honesty we are looking for in all of our
public officials.
